Private One-On-One Kundalini Yoga Sessions

  • Introduction to Kundalini Yoga: some new students are intimidated by Kundalini Yoga and would like to have a private one-on-one session to get an introduction to the practice before they join a group class. Students are able to work at their own pace, ask as many questions as they want and get special attention.
  • Private session for people with a health limitation: some students cannot follow a regular group class for different health reasons or because of physical limitations. The teacher will organize a one-on-one session to get to know a student’s limitations and teach modifications allowing her to join a group class later on.
  • Start a home practice: some students would like to start their own personal home practice around a specific issue. Monthly one-on-one sessions are available to create a 40-day program addressing each student’s needs.

Private Kundalini Yoga Group Sessions

  • Kundalini Yoga workshops on specific topics at your business: Susanne Werblow will custom design a Kundalini Yoga workshop for the wellbeing of your employees. Examples of topics include : stress management tools (breathing techniques and yoga), yoga for a healthy spine, stress relief, yoga for good sleep.
  • Custom Kundalini Yoga workshops for teacher trainings: introduction to Kundalini Yoga, experience energy work, experience the chakra system.
  • You are a group of friends and want to organize your private Kundalini Yoga class on a specific topic.
